Well, that took longer than expected. But yay, I have a functional car again! I hope it stays this way.

So, my car needs a new battery. It's under warranty, so it'll be free, but I need to replace it myself. I can, but I have no tools – help?
Once again, AAA has terrible phone service. at least it's only a 45 min wait this time.
